Your Right of Cancellation. ( Distance selling regulations )
We are confident you will be more than satisfied with your Furniture when it arrives.
However if you wish to return an item, You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive your order (for orders placed online).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you can send us, The Cotswold Collection, notification by letter,at the address below,
email or Phone, giving details of the item(s) you wish to return and the order number.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you,
you will be responsible for returning them to The Cotswold Collection at your own cost.
The item(s) must be returned to the Cotswold Collection Ltd, Unit 1 Babdown Industrial Estate, Tetbury, Gloucestershire, GL8 8YL.
You must take reasonable care to ensure that the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified the Cotswold Collection that you wish to cancel the order, The Cotswold Collection will refund or re-credit you within 30 working days for any sum that has been paid by you, on return of the goods. If you do not return the goods as required,
The Cotswold Collection may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the item(s).
Mattresses can only be returned provided they have not been removed from their original packaging and for hygiene reasons have not been used, unless the product is faulty.
If any items which are delivered incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by Phone or Email,
stating what the item(s) are, along with the faults.
Exceptions to the right to cancel.
The supply of goods made or ordered to the consumer's own specifications or clearly personalised, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
